Parish Policies, Safeguarding & Data Privacy
As a Parish we have a number of policies in place to ensure the safety of all who work and visit the church and to ensure the smooth running of the parish. We are in the process of uploading our policies so that they can be accessed from this page.
We take Safeguarding seriously and Vicky Brown is our Safeguarding Officer and responsible for ensuring our safeguarding policy is up to date and understood by all officers of the Parish. She also ensures that PCC members and any parishioners who work with children or vulnerable adults have had the necessary Safeguarding training. Since May 2018 we have also been required to provide a Data Privacy Notice to ensure we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in respect of how we hold and process personal data. Our Data privacy Notice is provided below together with information on how we conduct financial giving reviews in the light of the GDPR.
