Annual Parochial Church Meeting
Each year we are required to hold a Parochial Church meeting (APCM). All people on the Electoral roll of the church are entitled to take part in the meeting and to take part in the proceedings. The main purpose of the meeting is to elect our Churchwardens, PCC members and Deanery Synod representatives. The meeting also receives reports from various officers and parish groups and adopts the annual accounts. It is also an opportunity for parishioners to raise matters of concerns to them.
Normally the meeting must be held by the end of May but this year, as result of the COVID 19 pandemic, churches were given a dispensation to defer the APCM until the end of October.
The APCM for All Hallows Church will be held on Sunday 18th October as part of our morning service at worship, which commences at 9.30am.
Below is the Annual report and Accounts for All Hallows Church for the year ended 31st December 2019, which will be discussed and received at the APCM.
