A new Curate in 2022

Canon Brian Mc Conkey writes:

"I am delighted to announce that we are to have a new Non-Stipendiary Curate beginning next Summer.  Her name is Moira McCutcheon.

Moira is in her final year of Ordination training after which she will join us. As she is Non-Stipendary, she will live in her own home. She has shared the following short biography for us.  Please remember Moira in your prayers. I personally am delighted to have another Ordained colleague in the team. "
"I have a passion for mission, ministry and discipleship. I grew up in Lancashire and returned here to start my training for ordained ministry in Clitheroe, September '20. This is after working for many years in NHS Mental Health services in London as a Clinical Head of Psychology and Psychotherapy.  I enjoy exploring God's wonderful creation surrounded as we are by such beautiful countryside. I am honoured to help care for my mother who lives here in Lancashire. I supervise NHS Psychotherapists, provide Christian counselling and have served as a church school governor for many years both in London and in Clitheroe. It is such a joy and privilege to join you as your Curate. Moira"
